This is a really nice jump rope for all people.  The cord is really thin and strong.  It is made of metal wired covered with a protective layer.  A metal set screw on each side provides the ability to change the length of the jump rope.  The handles rotate freely and fit comfortably in your hand.

I normally have problems with using jump ropes either due to length or the thickness of the rope.  I have had no problem with this jump rope once it has been properly adjusted.
