Potato Casserole

5 cup -- Sliced potatoes
2 cup -- Mushroom gravy
1/4 cup -- Water
1/4 cup -- Cooked beef (shredded or diced)
1/8 cup -- Chopped onions
1/4 cup -- Shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 400F

In a 9X9 glass pan evenly distribute the sliced potatoes and chopped onions.  Heat up mushroom gravy and mix in water and cooked beef.  Evenly spread gravy over the potatoes. 

Cook in oven for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven and evenly spread cheese over casserole.

Cook in oven an addition 25 minutes or until potatoes are to desired texture.
