If You Want

If you want

To go and flaunt

Think of those

Who will not dose.

Some will go and some will stay

So many are delayed.

If you stand out

Others may shout.

So make sure it is worth

The time you spend in someone's girth.

If it is they will be glad

To know that you are not bad.

If you stay silent

They will not become violent.

They may stand out

While you pout.

You may learn

Or you may burn

For that time

That you should chime.

Times will come and go

Just as the wind blows

It is up to you

How you may come unglued

In the end you should do what is right

Whether it is in or out of sight.
