I like this cutting board.
It is made of nice strong bamboo and is very sturdy. The bamboo cutting surface protects the
cutting edge of your knife.
The size of the cutting board helps during the cutting process
in the following ways:
- The weight prevents the cutting board from moving around
- It has a large cutting surface so you don't have to worry about cutting off of the board
- It has a grove around the edge that will catch the juice run off from your cutting event.
